No – there are no public trees here. Other families can only find a name on your tree if your owner switches on Anonymous search, and even then they never see your tree; they only learn a shared ancestor might be there.
Where to find it
Settings (bottom row of the top bar, far right) → Your family tree → Anonymous search
Only the tree owner and super users.
On a phone: if the Settings tabs are tucked away, press ☰ Menu (top left) first.
