Yes – press the Skin button on the top bar (it shows your skin, such as Skin: Heraldic 2i ▾) and pick a new look. Your skin is just for you, so Grandma keeps hers. There are simple skins and fancier premium ones, like Heraldic, Birthstone and Zodiac, and you can try them during your free trial.
