Coming soon: you'll be able to turn renewal off any time, right up to the day before it's due. We'll remind you 30, 14 and 7 days before, so it never catches you out – and that's all, we never chase. And if a renewal does go through that you didn't want, you can still ask for a full refund within 14 days.
