Under their Parents, press What are you trying to fix?, then Something else…, and choose the option saying someone is listed as their parent who shouldn't be. Let's untangle that branch! You can say who should be there instead, keep a space, or just take them off. For example, if Ron is down as Grandad's dad but he was really his uncle, take him off as a parent and he stays on the tree as family.

Person page (Safe edit on) → under Parents, Partners or Children → What are you trying to fix?
Only people with the "Add people" and "Remove" ticks, with Safe edit on.
