In their own Middle name(s) box when you edit someone. The card stays neat with just the first name and surname, while the full name shows everywhere else – and search finds people by their middle names too. For example, if Grandad's full name is John Albert Davies, his card says John Davies, but search for "Albert" and he comes up.
